4Seasons Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including house cleaning, office cleaning, commercial cleaning, Airbnb cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and post construction cleaning throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

• Estimates: All quotes and estimates provided through our website, by phone, or by text message are free and non-binding until a service appointment is confirmed.
• Scheduling: Appointments are confirmed by our team. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time.
• Cancellations: We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Access: You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time.

3. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are confirmed before the service begins. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the condition or size of the property differs materially from the information provided at booking.

4. Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any area we cleaned, contact us within 24 hours of the service and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional cost.
